CANCELLATION POLICY

- we charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows, cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. - There is a 10 minute grace period, any appointments past 10 minutes will be canceled & marked as a no-show. Please allow our technicians to also have a 10 minute grace period. - If you need to reschedule, any rescheduling within 24 hrs will result in a cancellation and will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. - We do have a one week guarantee on all of our services: we do not offer a refunds, although we will fix any issues for free as long as it is within the first week. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or are late please don’t hesitate to call/text. (Email Cancelations will not be accepted as we may not see it in time)
